RegisterRocky Mountain Equipment (RME) is proud to launch the 2026 Right by You Ag Society Grant, a community investment initiative that supports agricultural societies and non-profits across Western Canada.
Now in its sixth year, the program will award four $10,000 grants to agricultural societies and non-profits in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. These grants are designed to fund projects that strengthen rural communities and support the places where RME employees and customers live and work.
With this year’s $40,000 in funding, the program’s total contribution will reach $240,000.
Supporting the communities that support rural life
At RME, community investment is about more than funding. It’s about helping rural communities thrive for the long term.
As President and CEO Garrett Ganden explains:
“At RME, Right by You means making a real and lasting impact in the communities we serve. Agricultural societies and non-profits are central to rural life here in Western Canada. Our ongoing leadership of this program is just one of the ways we stand beside them and help strengthen these important community pillars.”
Agricultural societies and non-profits play an important role in rural life. They maintain gathering spaces, support local events, and create opportunities for education and connection. The Right by You Ag Society Grant helps these organizations continue that work by funding projects that improve the lives of local residents.

“As we approach 20 years of serving communities throughout Western Canada, we feel honored to have played a role in the long-term success of so many agricultural societies across the Prairies,” said Ganden.
