For RME’s construction customers, Sean Krahn is more than the Vice President of Construction Sales; he’s a trusted partner and industry expert. With a strong passion for pairing customers with solutions that make a genuine difference, Krahn has spent the last five years elevating RME’s role in supporting the success of construction operations big and small.

Krahn’s dedication to the industry comes naturally. Growing up immersed in construction, he was inspired by his father’s success in running multiple companies. This foundation led him to spend 15 years managing construction portfolios for major manufacturers. Today, he’s an essential part of RME, combining his experience with a genuine drive to deliver excellence.

At RME, Krahn plays a dual role, overseeing both the day-to-day and strategic direction of the construction sales team. Ask him what drives his team’s success, and he credits the people. “We’re a big company with small company values. Our people care. People make the difference. It’s what sets us apart,” he explains.

For Krahn, innovation and customer success go hand in hand. From traditional construction equipment like skid steer loaders and excavators to precision technology solutions, he’s always exploring better ways to support his customers. “The industry is always reinventing itself. One area Krahn is particularly proud of is RME’s rental program, Rocky Rents. Managing this portfolio has enabled Krahn to deliver flexible solutions that meet both short- and long-term customer needs. “Now we’re leveraging our construction offering in a rental capacity,” he explains. “It’s all about getting it right for the customer every single time.”
