Combine Yield & Moisture Mapping & Logging
New Holland yield monitoring systems enable you to view real time yield and moisture data, and track the performance of different varieties and hybrids, helping make informed decisions for improving bottom-line profits. The exclusive patented, high accuracy yield sensor developed by New Holland is recognized as best in class. Its design neutralizes the rubbing effect of grain. Whatever the kind, the variety or the moisture content of the kernel, the sensor generates an extremely accurate yield measurement. Once you initially calibrate your sensor at the beginning of the season, no further intervention is required.

IntelliCruise I
• The IntelliCruise Automatic Crop Feeding System automatically matches the speed of the combine to the crop load.
• The crop load is measured before it reaches the rotors to ensure that combine adjustments are made in anticipation of changing conditions.
• The instantaneous adjustment by the combine ensures that the crop load to the twin rotors is constant and maximized to allow for optimum threshing capacity and overall combine efficiency.
IntelliCruise II
The IntelliCruise II has 3 Strategies available:
• (New) Maximum Capacity: Combine will increase ground speed to reach max engine load or max ground speed.
• Fixed Throughput: Combine will vary the ground speed to maintain a set mass flow (maintain the same productivity in varying yields)
• Limited Loss: Combine will vary the ground speed to maintain a set mass flow. If loss level of 50% of trumpet is exceeded, crop throughput will be reduced to limit loss.
Operators can adjust these boundaries by:
• Maximum engine load: engine load % that will not be exceeded
• (New) Maximum ground speed setting: user defined maximum ground speed
• Feedrate sensitivity setting: user defined responsiveness of Intellicruise II

Combine Solutions: IntelliSense™
• The New Holland IntelliSense system continuously and automatically optimizes threshing, separation and cleaning shoe settings to reduce grain loss, increase grain quality and reduce fuel consumption. Moreover the system will always seek to increase the productivity of the combine, within the loss limits set by the operator.
• The operator can choose between 4 strategies: limited loss, best grain quality, maximum capacity or fixed throughput.
• The user interface is very simple and allows even novice combine drivers to operate a CR combine like a pro.
• The IntelliSense system supports following crops at launch: Wheat, Canola, Corn, Soy beans. Other crops are under development.

Forage Harvester Yield Monitoring and Mapping
Precise yield data is displayed on the IntelliView™ IV display using sensors located in the feed roll linkage that measure crop throughput. This enables the operator to make on the go decisions with real time yield and moisture information. This data can be exported to PLM™ Mapping software to further analyze yield performance and make informed decisions to further improve next season yields and profitability.

IntelliFill: Let Your FR Fill the Trailer for you
Operating a forage harvester requires extensive experience and a high level of concentration. For maximum focus on crop flow and in-field progress, the ingenious 3D camera-based IntelliFill™ system automatically detects the trailer edge and monitors filling. Whatever the trailer size or shape, it automatically controls the spout movement to perfectly fill right to the trailer’s edges without spillages.

ON THE GO ACTIVEWEIGH™ SYSTEM
Bale weighing sensors are integrated into the bale discharge chute of the BigBaler and register the weight of the bale at the point at which it becomes free from the chute, just before it drops to the ground. The ActiveWeigh™ system is independent of bale length, field conditions and baler movement. All information, including single bale weight, average weight, total weight and tons per hour are all displayed on the IntelliView™ display. Furthermore, this all happens while you continue to pick-up for non-stop baling. If that wasn’t enough, a 2% accuracy level means you’ll produce the bales as precisely as required.
