As the largest independent agricultural dealer in Western Canada, RME has a powerful network of resources at the ready for all our customers. Now, that network is going to become even stronger with the launch of our new ‘Parts Right by You’ delivery service.

RME has over $70 million worth of parts in season throughout our network ready to service our customers. Through this program, we have improved our inter-branch, inter-region and inter-provincial delivery so that the parts that you need can arrive at your local RME as quickly as possible during the farming or construction season. Our trucks will be running five days a week from April 1 to October 31 to move parts throughout our network more efficiently. This means that you will have:

• Quicker repairs in shop or out on the field
• Less downtime on the farm or site
• All location support from our parts technicians when you order parts through RME

The ‘Parts Right by You’ applies to all parts that we carry at RME, from Case IH, Case Construction, New Holland and more.

With 43 ag locations spread out across Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, customers can now receive needed parts on the same or next day if the part is within the region, and within a couple of business days if the part is in another region or province. This program is a boost especially for the rural communities served by RME.

“The ‘Parts Right by You’ makes every parts department across RME bigger when they’ve got access to the inventory that we have that close to them,” says Curtis Borduzak, Vice President of Product Support at RME. “For example, Brandon is one of our hub locations in that area. You can be at any RME location anywhere else in Manitoba and get the part in many cases the same day.

”The best part of this delivery program is that every customer will reap the benefits—regardless of where your nearest RME dealership is. It is all part of how RME is continuing to find ways to better serve our customers.

“When I hear our customers come in and ask whether we have certain parts and we can say we’ve got that we can grab it for you or we can have it tomorrow from another RME location, to me it just means you care about their business a little more, you’re always trying to find the best solution,” says Borduzak.
